Slide the footrest tubes

Install the sleeve

1.
Remove bolts

and nuts

and remove
the existing footrest.
2.
Slide the telescopic tube assembly

into the left frame
tube

to the required height and secure with bolts,
washers and nuts through the nearest hole.
3.
Slide the telescopic tube assembly
E
into the right frame
tube to the same height and secure with bolts, washers
and nuts through the nearest hole.
4.
Install the footrest stabilisation bar

and bolts

to the frame tubes
