Hinge Jog
Manually control Hinge Functions in this sec

tion.
Load the 6 Shooter Hopper
: Press the Button
to start the loading process.
Shift Into Pocket and Shift Out of Pocket:
Choose to move Carriage Head Into of the
machining mode or Out of the Machining
mode.
Skip Hinge 2 and/or 4:
Select to skip the hinge route and drill functions of these hinges.

Hinge Chipout Off / ON
:
Press if a new Chipout Block is installed on the hinge section.
Press to start the burn sequence. a new hole will be slowly drilled. the process will
automatically stop when finished.

This Section contains buttons to load the

Load the 6 Shooter Hopper
Press the button
to start the screw loading process. This
action can also can be operated at the 6-
Shooter assembly.

Hopper Screw Type.
Select the Hopper to be
used in the process.

6 Shooter Manual Air Injection:
Manually inject air into the 6-shooter to clear a stuck
screw. This action can also can be operated at the 6-Shooter assembly.
