Backing up the Computer
Backups keep your data archived in case of a rare system crash. Click the Back-Up Icon on the
Desktop to back up your data. The data is stored in a backup folder in your Windows
®
directory.
It is recommended to set up a back-up schedule to save your data on a regular occurrence.

About Remote Connection to KVAL Service
Remote access is a powerful tool to help fix issues that occur with the
990-F4
machine. With the
remote access, our
KVAL
service technician is able to observe your user screen in real time, read
and adjust programming code. For
990-F4
access, a separate computer must have Beckhoff
®
soft
-
ware installed that is connected to the Intranet connection on the machine controller.
