1.7.4 Manual Start
The chimney fan starts up the same way regardless of whether it is turned on manually via
the user interface or automatically through a release request or when the temperature limit is
exceeded.
The chimney fan runs at 100 % capacity during the lead time period and then goes directly into
overtravel time with regulated pressure. When the overtravel time ends, the chimney fan is
turned off. If in the meantime a release is requested or the temperature limit is exceeded, the
control goes into normal operation mode.
1.7.5 Setpoint Input via User Interface
For entering the setpoint (differential pressure that the control unit should maintain), press the
enter key
„
„.
in the corresponding menu. Now the numerical value for the setpoint starts
blinking. Use the Up / Down keys (
„▲‟, „▼‟) to adjust the setpoint. After pressing the enter key,
the new value is saved and the control restarts. Pressing the escape key cancels the input
and the current setpoint is retained.
1.7.6 Acknowledgement of Errors
Errors can be acknowledged by pressing the enter key
„
„
on the user interface.
In case of a malfunction, the corresponding error code appears on the display. The control unit
deactivates the functions affected by the error. After the manual acknowledgement, standard
operation resumes. If the error has not been corrected and continues, it is displayed again
after the acknowledgement.
1.8 P a r a m e t e r i z a t i o n
The parameters listed in section 1.7.1 can be set with the configuration tool
“
DiajektConfig
” and
transferred to the control unit. The control unit saves the parameters in a non-volatile memory.
The saved parameters are secured with a CRC checksum. Every time the control unit is turned
on, the parameters are loaded from the non-volatile memory and then used by the control
logic.
