RESIDUAL RISK
Although the KWAZAR company takes responsibility for the design and construction of the
device in order to eliminate the danger, some elements of risk at work are inevitable. Residual
risk results from the user’s improper behaviour.
The greatest danger occurs when performing the following forbidden activities:
- failure to follow the safety rules described in the instruction manual;
- using the device for purposes other than those specified in the instruction manual;
- making own modifications and the use of unauthorized parts.
In describing the residual risk, the foamer is treated as a device that is designed and manufac-
tured by state of the art in its production year.
2. PURPOSE OF THE DEVICE
Foamer/manual foam distributor ORION Foamer belongs to the series of technical sprayers
PRO + by KWAZAR. It is designed for application of blowing agents. It allows for quick, accu-
rate and precise surface coverage with foam. It’s ideal for carwashes (e.g. pre-wash, cleaning
wheels, cleaning engine components), workshops and cleaning companies (e.g. cleaning
combi steamers, windows, mirrors, sanitary facilities). It can be also used in gastronomy (e.g.
cleaning tables, freezers, use in slaughterhouses), construction (e.g. cleaning garden facades)
and in road industry.
The device should only be used with the foaming agents approved for use at a pressure of 3.4
bar with materials like polypropylene, high density polyethylene, NBR, Viton.
