MAJOR PROBLEMS - If any of the following phenomenons occur, contact your KYMCO dealer as soon as possible
for technical assistance.:
A power cord has abnormal heat or odor.
Abnormal sounds from the generator or engine during operation.
Circuit breakers, fuses, or ground fault circuit breakers are tripped or short often.
Operational switches, and buttons are not operating as intended.
Unusual operation sounds from the generator due to surges in RPM.
A burnt or chemical smell from the generator of the vehicle.
Temperature alerts or visual evidence of heat-related problems.
PREPARING FOR KYMCO DEALER SUPPORT - Before seeking assistance from your KYMCO dealer, please prepare
answers to the following questions. You should prepare notes so you do not forget to share something valuable with
your dealer’s service department. By being prepared and participating in the repair process your dealer can get you
the assistance you require as soon as possible.
What is the exact nature of the problem? Does it occur continuously or is it an intermittent occurrence?
Did the problem trigger a fault code? What are the alerts and fault codes (see pages 78 & 80).
How are you using the vehicle or the generator when the problem occurs? What is the surrounding
environment?
Can you recreate the problem easily? Can you demonstrate it safely at the dealership?
Be sure to bring any service-related records that your dealer may need to help you (including your
purchase and warranty documents).
