We recommend that you review the SECAPP settings first, then ACL.

6. SECAPP
Secure Applications (SECAPP) control the secure data and secure voice operations security
parameters by enabling (allowing) or disabling (disallowing) the application if associated ACLs
are enabled or disabled, and sets the minimum and maximum operational classification levels for
each when enabled.
