51
).
B - Remove the container caps.
C - Insert the two refrigerated milk containers.
D - Insert the cappuccino machine tubes (

Milk Temperature Control
Correct milk storage temperature
The correct milk storage temperature is approximately 5°C (41°F).
This temperature can be controlled through the thermometer (
58
)
situated on the refrigerator door.
56
Milk storage temperature not correct
When the temperature exceeds 5°C (41°F) and remains
at this value for a prolonged period of time, the storage
temperature is not correct. Remove the milk containers and place them
in the refrigerator. Wait until the temperature returns to approximately
5°C (41°F) before replacing the containers in the machine.
If the problem persists, call the authorized servicing department.
Refrigerator unit temperature adjustment
To adjust the refrigerator unit temperature, lift the command panel and
turn the thermostat knob (
56
).
- When the knob is turned clockwise, the milk storage temperature is
decreased.
- When the knob is turned anti-clockwise, the milk storage temperatu-
re is increased.
Milk Level Control
When the message
“no milk”
is displayed (
5
), this indicates that one
(or both) of the containers is empty. The container must be refilled.
If the
“no milk”
message on the display (
5
) is not displayed
and there is no milk in one (or both) of the containers, this
may be due to a malfunction of the photo-electric cells
(
57
).
It is recommended that the area around the photo-electric cells (
57
) be
carefully cleaned with a cloth. Ensure that the malfunction does not
reoccur.
If the malfunction persists even after the photo-electric cells (
57
) have
been cleaned, call the authorized servicing department.
