Before
discarding
an
old
wine
cabinet
or
other
old
appliance,
remove
the
door
and
leave
the
shelves
in
place
so
that
children
cannot
easily
climb
inside.
Before
connecting
your
wine
into
an
electrical
outlet,
let
it
sit
upright
for
about
2
hours.
This
reduces
the
risk
of
malfunction
of
the
refrigeration
system
due
to
handling
during
transportation.
Place the wine cabinet in a place where it will not be exposed to direct sunlight or other heat
sources (stove, heater, radiator, etc...). Direct sunlight can damage the acrylic coating. The heat
sources may increase electrical consumption. If the ambient temperature is extremely cold, it
may prevent the proper functioning of the device.
Install the unit on a flat, horizontal surface and strong enough to support the weight of the
unit.
Never
block
the
vents
because
the
device
may
overheat
and
stop
automatically.
You
must
then
wait
until
it
has
cooled
sufficiently
reconnect
the
device
Do
not
install
the
unit
in
a
hot
or
humid
environment,
such
as
near
a
heater
or
furnace.
Before
using
your
device
for
the
first
time,
clean
the
insides
surfaces
and
seal
the
seams
with
a
damp
cloth.
For
your
personal
safety,
this
appliance
must
be
connected
to
a
mains
socket
outlet
with
a
grounded,
delivering
a
voltage
of
220-240V,
50
Hz
power
supply
must
be
respected
Wait
24h
after
the
cellar
has
been
moved
before
plugging.
To
preserve
the
cooling
refrigerant,
don
’
t
incline
more
than
45°
if
possible
when
you
move
the
product.
