The user has reserved the plate storage device for
loading and unloading plates. The Access system cannot
fetch or store plates until the user has released the
reservation. The Access system is working a full speed,
but with diminished capacity for new plates.
A run is in-progress. There is a
non-blocking error on the
system

Solid
Indicates that a user action is required. Blinking yellow
indicates that a user action is required. Runs are still in
progress if possible.
Runs are active but system is
in a deadlock state

The user has not responded to errors from the Blinking
Yellow state (see above). The Access system is in a
deadlock state and awaiting action by the user.

to the storage module is
