7.1 General operation and description
The front mounted control panel is a wipe clean membrane panel visible to the seated operator.
It consists of 6 function buttons on the left hand side, a central LCD display panel and a 4 way touch
button on the right hand side with a central black “Enter” button for imputing changes.
The cabinet control system is microprocessor controlled and commands input from this panel are
actioned by the microprocessor housed on the main board. There is a main menu with sections and
each section has up to several sub menus (See Controller Section, 6, for breakdown)
Each button also has a number which is used when entering codes for access to the service mode or for
when setting clock time or decontamination times.

with green LED light used to select the fan ON/OFF at normal velocity. The green light indicates
that the fan is running at normal velocity, and that conditions are safe.

with blue LED to select the fan ON/OFF at reduced velocity. Under “Safe” mode when selected in
LIGHT MODE sub menu the lights will turn off and be reactivated when full fan speed is again selected, for
safety.

with red light is the mute button for the acoustic alarm. The alarm mute can be set in the relevant
submenu to meet local market requirements.

with blue light selects the fluorescent light ON/OFF.
Note: For increased safety reduced velocity will turn the light OFF. When the light is
switched ON at reduced velocity the fan will return to full speed if set appropriately
in LIGHT MODE sub menu.
