4. Open the illumination assembly as in (figure 9), by rotating
the T Ring. Replace the lens B with frosted lens provided with the
Koehler kit.
Secure the lens assembly back.
5. Close the base cover with screws.
6. Replace the blue filter with D lens. Refer figure 10.
7. Install the new Blue filter on the Koehler mount, figure 11.
CAUTION: The flat surface of the lenses will remain downwards for
Lens A and Lens B.
