Marker name
Description
▪
Bladder filling (at begin channel and end channel) and delta
filling volume.
In case a puller is used for UPP, gynecology or anorectal
manometry studies, the puller distance (at begin and end
channel) and the delta puller distance are displayed.
Point the mouse on the channel marker to see the results of the
calculation.
Compliance
Determine the bladder compliance of the patient. The
compliance can be determined over a certain filling part of the
investigation, by placing two compliance markers. The first
marker should be placed just after the start of the filling, the
second marker just before the end of the filling. The software will
calculate the compliance between the two markers. More
information can be found in § 5.4.
Event
This marker marks a point of interest. After inserting the marker,
right-click the marker square and choose

Flow
Determine which part of the voiding phase is used for the
detrusor flow nomograms. Further flow markers influence the
way the opening pressures, peak flow, pressures at peak flow
and time to peak flow results are calculated. Flow markers are
placed in a chain of three markers. The first and last detrusor
flow markers indicates the part of the voiding phase to be
included in the detrusor-flow plots. The middle (second) marker
indicates the peak flow.
Initial values
During a Cystometry, Pressure-flow, UPP and Gynecology study
the software automatically places a
n ‘initial values’ marker (this
is a default setting in the protocol). In the report the initial values
(e.g., pressures) will be added to the results.
Peak flow
Mark a certain flow as peak flow.
Tracing clip-out Mark interesting parts of the investigation curves that must be
included in the report.
Transmission
These markers are used to calculate transmission results for
cough peaks. Transmission markers are placed in chains of two
