Refer to the Specification Label or the Specifications screen for the complete model number and serial num-
ber when requesting service, replacement parts or in any correspondence concerning this unit.
All parts listed herein may be ordered from the LabStrong™ distributor from whom you purchased this unit
or can be obtained promptly directly from LabStrong™ . When service or replacement parts are needed, Lab-
Strong™ asks that you check first with the distributor where the unit was purchased. If the distributor cannot
handle a request then please contact our customer service department at (563) 588-8900.
In the event this product needs repair, LabStrong™ is not responsible for any shipping
damages that occur during the return of this product. Shipping is the customer’s respon-
sibility. Use of original packaging is recommended. If not in possession of original packag-
ing, contact LabStrong™ for replacement inserts prior to shipping.
For service or repair, contact LabStrong™Corporation at (563) 588-8900. LabStrong™ will provide a Return
Goods Authorization (RGA) form that must be completed before an RGA number can be issued. Once a RGA
number is issued, please return the unit for repair to our service department at:
