Warranty 

 

2 Years Limited Warranty 

 

1.

 

This product has been manufactured under rigid quality specifications and control and is warranted by LabTeam 
Innovations LTD to, under regular use and conditions, be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 
2 years that you, the original purchaser, own it. 

2.

 

LabTeam Innovations LTD hereinafter referred to as a Manufacturer guarantees Users good quality and efficient 
operation of the device, provided that they respect installation and usage requirements contained in the manual 
instruction. 

3.

 

Manufacturer provides a guarantee, which provides free repair or replacement of damaged parts, if defect came 
from the fault of the Manufacturer.  

4.

 

Restoration is possible only for devices contained in the database of sold devices with a proper serial number from 
Manufacturer or order ID. 

5.

 

Warranty defects and faults should be submitted to email: support@surekey.io. In the notification content, describe 
a problem, and leave your contact details. We answer notifications within five working days.  

6.

 

Warranty does not cover: 
-  faults caused by improper use or by use of the device not following the Manual instruction 
-  mechanical damage of the equipment or defects caused by User 
- devices which are altered or repaired by different people or companies than the Manufacturer  
-  devices damaged due to lightning strikes 

7.

 

The condition of the guarantee is that the User must deliver the device to the address specified by the 

Manufacturer. Delivery costs are the User’s responsibility.

 

8.

 

The User is obliged to safety pack the device. Every kind of damage or destruction resulting from incorrectly packing 
the device is borne solely by the User.    

9.

 

The Manufacturer will repair defects reported in warranty period within 14 working days from the received date.  

10.

 

The User has the right to replace the device to new if the Manufacturer has repaired the device three times and it 
still has a defect which causes the device to be impossible to use. 

11.

 

The Manufacturer is not responsible for an injury to health or damage property if they are caused by improper use 
of the device, not following the Manual instructions. 

  

This warranty does cover product purchased Worldwide at certified online stores and retail partners. You can

This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties or liabilities. Any implied warranties, including any implied 

warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use, shall be limited to the duration of the warranty. In no case 

shall the Company be liable for any consequential or incidental damages whatsoever. No person or representative is 

authorized to assume for the Company any liability other than expressed herein in connection with the sale of this 

product.

Disposal and recycling information 

 

  

When this product reaches its end of life, please dispose of it according to your local environmental laws and 

guidelines. 

The symbol below means that according to local laws and regulations your product should be disposed of separately 

from household waste. When this product reaches its end of life, take it to a collection point designated by 

local authorities. Some collection points accept products for free. The separate collection and recycling of 

your product at the time of disposal will help conserve natural resources and ensure that it is recycled in a 

manner that protects human health and the environment. 

 

 

 

This device complies with part 15 of the FCC rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: 

(1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and  

(2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired 

operation.  

This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device in accordance with the 

specifications in Part 15 of FCC rules. These specifications are designed to provide reasonable protection against such 

interference in a residential installation. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular 

installation.

was probably caused by the computer or one of the peripheral devices. If your computer system does cause interference

Move the computer farther away from the television or radio.
