Reitting the cooking surface
W
hen refitting the cooking surface, it is vital to tighten fastening screws. Failure to do so can cause
distortion of the cooking surface.
I
t may be necessary to open the hob under the following circumstances :

M
aking adjustments when changing gas type.
-
A
djusting thermocouples.
-
R
esetting the safety thermostat with vitro-ceramic hob.
