meaning the responses have taken
too long from the first target CD-RW
drive to the last target CD-RW drive

again duplicating

Make sure the Power LED is
on.
Check to see if the drive’s
Busy or Test LED’s are
blinking.
If the LEDs are not blinking
while the drive is powered on,
perform the emergency eject
procedure described in the
“Using your LaCie Duplicator”
chapter.

explanations above, please contact your LaCie reseller’s technical assistance hotline.
8.3 Emergency ejection of CDs
In the event that a CD cannot be ejected from the DVD or CD-RW drive using the tray open
button (when no duplication operation is being performed), an emergency eject operation will
open the media tray. Switch off the Dupli 125 drive and unplug its power cable from the
power outlet.
Make sure the Dupli’s power is off and the power cable is unplugged before
attempting the emergency ejection procedure.
Turn off the drive and insert a small metal poker, such as an unbent paper clip, into the
emergency eject hole until it presses against the manual eject mechanism. You will feel the
mechanism eject the CD tray. Use this method only when the tray open button is not
working.
