Rugged BOSS SSD cannot access a device. Possible conditions:
A connected camera, drone or other device is powered off or in
power-saving mode.
A mobile device requires permission to allow Rugged BOSS SSD to
access its files. Android users should make certain that USB devices
are set for data rather than charging. iOS users must confirm when
prompted.
After resolving the issue with the connected device, apply a short push
to retry the connection.
To cancel, apply a long push.
Rugged BOSS SSD’s internal drive cannot be found. Possible conditions:
The internal drive has been divided into multiple partitions. When
partitioning the internal drive, make certain that at least one partition
is more than half the total capacity. For example, a drive with 1TB
must have at least one partition greater than 500GB.
There’s a problem with the internal drive.
Internal temperature has exceeded a moderately high temperature
threshold.
Place Rugged BOSS SSD in a shaded or low light area to allow it to cool
down.
Use a short push on the action button to confirm the message.
