OPERATION
1.- Remove the machine and all its accessories. Remove the packaging before using the
appliance. Do not throw away the packaging until having checked to see that the appliance
works properly.
2.- Make sure to place the grinder over a flat, hard surface, avoiding extremely hot areas or
other dangerous elements. Verify that the connection cable and electric plug are in good
condition.
3.- Make sure that you have a space greater than 30 cm on both sides of the appliance,
especially in the front (user area) and side (output area).
4.- Before starting the appliance, clean all of the accessories with soap and water, then dry
them, remembering that the motor unit may not be submerged in water, cleaning it only with
a moist rag.
5. To assemble the accessories follow these instructions:
6.- Connect the plug to the mains and a blue light will turn on the motor unit. This will remain on
while the appliance is connected to the mains.
7.- Place the meat in chunks, removing any tendons, cartilage and meat veins. Place the
chunks on the tray and, when the desired amount is placed, insert them through the hole of
the tube collector.
8.- Insert the pusher, start the machine by pressing the ON / OFF button, and press the first
chunks of meat into the collector tube. As the ground meat passes through the area of the
nut, you may grind it again if desired, reinserting it into the tube collector hole.
9.- If a lot of strength is required to grind the meat, the motor is over run or no ground meat
comes out the screw, press the "REV" button to change the rotation direction. This allows
you to unblock the jam within the screw. If this does not work, turn off the machine, remove
the perforated disk, cutting knife and rotating screw and clean the meat, tendons, cartilage
and fibre remains that may have blocked the screw.
10.- If overheating or overloaded, the machine will automatically stop. Disconnect it and wait
until it cools and reconnect it.
11.- Making sausages.
a.- Take the collector tube and adjust it to a 45º angle, then
rotate it 45º upwards until the block button locks into
position.
b.- Enter the rotating screw into its housing.
c.- Place the cutting knife into its rotating screw squared
housing.
d.- Select the desired perforating disk and place it over the
knife, aligning the lower part of the perforating disk with the
rod on the collector tube.
e.- Fasten the whole unit with the nut, making sure that it is
properly screwed.
f. Place the stainless steel tray in the tube collector hole.
