cutting knife.
c.- Place the plastic insert and cone into the nut and fasten
the unit over the collector tube.
d.- Warm the sausage casing in warm water, place it on the
plastic tube.
e.- Place the ground meat through the collector tube.
f.- Start the machine, use the pusher to press the meat and
make the sausage.
12.- After use, make sure that the ON / OFF button is off, the blue light will remain lit as long as
the grinder is plugged in.
13.- Remove the stainless steel tray, press the block button with one hand and rotate the
collector tube 45º downwards with the other hand. Release the nut and remove all of the
elements inside: perforated disk, cutting knife and screw.
14.- Be aware of all elements that come in contact with the meat, since they may generate
bacteria, bad odours and health problems. Do not place water within the collector tube
while the machine is connected. Remove all of the elements for cleaning.
1.- Before cleaning, make sure that the appliance is not connected.
2.- Remove the stainless steel tray and the elements inside the collector tube.
3.- Do not use aggressive cleaning products or metallic sponges that may scratch the stainless
steel surfaces when cleaning. Make sure to dry all of the elements well before reassembling
it.
4.- Remember that the motor unit can not be submerged in water. Clean it with a moist rag,
making sure to dry it after cleaning.
5.- If the grinder will not be used for a long time, store it in a dry, well ventilated place away
from humidity.
The grinder does not require special maintenance, but the following precautions should be
taken:
a- Do not leave the grinder running unsupervised; the engine overheating may reduce its
operating lifespan and/or generate irreparable damage.
b- Only use original spare parts; the use of parts supplied by other manufacturers may
permanently damage the machine.
c- If you do not use the grinder for long periods of time, we recommend applying a thin
layer of oil over the complete surface, even on the stainless steel tray.
