4.- Close the jar with the lid (2) together with the lid insert (1).
5- Put the jar on the container cushion (6) as shown in the drawing.
6.- If the blender is installed in a sound closure box, be very careful when placing the jar on the
blender. Try not to tilt the jar too much to avoid spills
7.- Move the ON/OFF switch (7) to position "I". The motor will start automatically so be extremely
careful to avoid injury.
8- Configure the blender to meet your needs:
a- Use the PULSE (11) option to run the blender as you like. Keep the PULSE button
pushed down to keep the motor running at maximum speed.
Using the blender at maximum speed for long periods of time can
cause the food inside it to heat up.
b- Use any of the LOW (8), MED (9) or HIGH (10) speed functions to run the blender at
minimum, medium or maximum speed. If you don't use any of the time functions, 35",
60" or 90", the motor will keep running until you stop it by pushing any other button.
c- Usage with time buttons:
1.- When you push the 35" (14) button the blender will run at minimum speed
for 5" and at maximum speed for the following 30".
2.- When you push the 60" (13) button the blender will run at minimum speed
for 5" and at maximum speed for the following 25" again at minimum speed
for 5" and for the remaining 25" it runs at maximum speed.
3.- When you push the 90" (12) button the blender will run at minimum speed
for 5" and at maximum speed for the following 25" repeating the same
cycle 3 times.
The machine will make 2 sounds when the selected time has finished to indicate it has
finished.
The motor can be stopped at any time by pushing any button.
9.- After programming the blender, close the lid of the sound enclosure box. Noise will be reduced
right away.
10.- If food gets stuck and keeps the blades from working properly while the blender is in use, stop
the blender and use the mixing paddle (16) provided in the package. Lift the lid insert on the
lid, put in the mixing paddle and stir the food. Close the lid and re-start the blender.
11.- The blender has over-heating protection. For its own protection, the blender will shut off
automatically if it detects that the motor is overloaded. If this happens, make sure there is no
food stuck in the blades and if there is, remove it.
12.- Push the RESET (17) button so the blender can be re-started.
13.- When you're done using the blender, unplug it and put the ON/OFF switch in the "0" position.
