OPERATION
1.- Open the glass lid (fig. 1)
The lid has a catch to keep it in an upright position
2.- Clean all the parts that will come into contact with food with a wet sponge (fig. 2)
3.- Put the non-stick pan, where the food will go, in the correct position. (fig. 3)
NOTE:
NEVER turn on the multi-use fryer without the pan in place
4.- Put the ingredients in the pan (fig. 4)
5.- Put the grill or paddle in place if needed or called for in the recipe.
Make sure the gears engage properly (fig. 8)
NOTE:
The grill and the paddle cannot be used at the same time
6.- Close the glass lid. Push the lock button (fig. 5) to close the lid
7.- Plug in the power cord (fig. 6)
8.- Set the right temperature for the food you want to cook using the temperature regulator
(150º C - 200º C) (fig. 7)
9.- Set the cooking time using the timer (max. 30 minutes) (fig. 7)
10.- There will be a beep when the programmed cooking time has passed
11.- Check if the food is properly cooked and set more cooking time if needed (fig. 7)
NOTE:
It's normal for the upper heating element to turn on and off automatically during
cooking
12.- Fat and excess food particles fall into the tray
Remove the tray for cleaning after it's cooled down
13.- Some foods need to be turned over to cook evenly
