Low Voltage Protection Mode.

Check the voltage of the
battery pack.
Check the transmitter and the
receiver.
Check the wire of the throttl
channel.
Calibrate the throttle range for
the ESC again, or adjust the
trimmer of throttle channel
(on the transmitter) to change
the neutral point.
Swap any two wire
connections between the ESC
and the motor.

2. Replace the battery pack.
