MAINTENANCE
WARNING:
Always unplug your appliance and leave it to
cool before cleaning.
Never run water over the electrical parts.
Never immerse your appliance in water.
*
Stone: Scrape your stone with a metal
scraper to remove as much food residue as
possible. Clean the surface of the stone with
a sponge and hot water, but without dish-
washing liquid. Soak the stone if necessary.
You can use steel wool or a scouring pad
but the stone may lose its shiny surface
(this will not affect its future use). Ensure
the stone is completely dry before placing it
on the device for storage (this will prevent
condensation and oxidation). With use, the
stone becomes slightly darker, to arrive at
a stable color.
*
Grill/crêpe plate: soak for 15 to 30 minutes
in hot water containing dishwashing liquid.
Rub with a soft sponge. Drain and dry
