WHAT IS COVERED?

ANY PART, DETERMINED BY LAGUNA TOOLS®, TO HAVE

SHIPPED), WITHOUT CHARGE. IT IS REQUIRED THAT THE

DEFECTIVE ITEM/PART BE RETURNED TO LAGUNA

TOOLS® WITH THE COMPLAINT AND PROOF OF

PURCHASE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING THAT IT WAS

RECEIVED. IN THE EVENT THE ITEM/PART IS

DETERMINED TO BE VOID OF THIS WARRANTY, THE

CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST TO

REPLACE THE ITEM/PART AND ALL RELATED SHIPPING

CHARGES.
