7. GLUTEN FREE
A special programme for
gluten free flours and baking
mixes. The programme has a
long second rising time. The
dough used is usually more
like a batter, and is wetter than
ordinary dough.

8. DOUGH
This setting is for kneading
and rising, with no bake
function. Then remove the raw
dough and shape it into rolls,
pizzas etc. to oven bake in a

400g of jam or marmalade.
Ideal for using up smaller
