The bread has a dense texture and has a lower rise than ordinary bread.

*Corn flour can replace oat flour.
WHAT YOU DO
Put all the ingredients in the bread pan as above.
Close the lid.
Press MENU and select programme 5, GLUTEN FREE.
Press START/STOP.
At the end of the cycle remove the loaf immediately,
DO NOT leave on KEEP WARM mode.
