FIRST BOILER IGNITION AND ADJUSTMENT
The operations described below must be carried out by skilled technical personnel.
Remove the pressure intake screw on the gas valve and fix a water column manometer. Open the gas tap.
Check that the upstream gas pressure is equal to the values required in the technical data table (feeding
pressure).
Warning:
if the pressure is more than what indicated in the table, insert pressure reducers upstream of the
boiler or of the boiler room, or contact the gas provider company.

Connect the plug or start the switch upstream of the boiler. The voltage presence pilot lamp
lights up. If the voltage presence pilot lamp does not light up:

Check the presence of voltage supply

Check the boiler connection to the supply mains

Turn the main switch on

Set the desired temperature on the boiler thermostat
Check that the fan pilot lamp lights up. If not:
1) check the fan rotation
2) if the fan is rotating, check that the pilot lamp has not burnt, or that the pressure switch performs the
switching and that the suction diaphragm is present
3) if the fan is not rotating, check the ionisation control unit feeding
ASSEMBLING THE SHELL
ERA 31 BS 130
are supplied without shell to
prevent damages during handling.
Follow the instructions below to assemble the
shell:
- Assemble the right panel (3) by arranging
the slots on its low side on the screws fixed to
the low side, at the foot of the frame;
- Fix the high side of the right panel to the three
holes on the upper bracket, using the supplied
screws;
- Assemble the left panel (1) repeating the op-
erations above;
- Arrange the shell cover (2) by fixing it to the
special stakes;
- Assemble the opening (4) by introducing the
lower slot onto the stake suitably located at
the foot of the frame; align the opening hinge
with the special housing on the left shell panel
and fix it through the fastening pins.
