Opening the casing
To open the boiler casing:

Unscrew the four screws

Lower the inspection door

Raise and remove the casing

Before carrying out any operation inside the boiler, disconnect the electrical power supply and close the gas
cock upstream.
Combustion analysis
To analyse the combustion, you must:
1) Insert the probe in the flue;
2) Open a hot water tap;
3) Adjust the hot water temperature to maximum.
4) Wait 10-15 minutes for the boiler to stabilize*
5) Take the measurement.
Analyses made with an unstabilized boiler can cause measurement errors.
