OPERATION GUIDE
Set depth margin.
Adjust side guide based on paper
size of your document.
Insert paper into paper slot.
Activate paper punch with foot
pedal.
Place comb onto opener and lower
handle to open comb.
Insert punched holes into the open
comb and lift handle to close combs.
HELPFUL HINTS
Use the fully-disengageable pins to eliminate any partially-punched holes that
appear along the edge of your sheet.
If pages are stuck, release the pins by pressing the reverse button located on the
top of the machine. Once retracted, remove paper and reinsert with less sheets.
Empty the waste bin regularly to prevent jams and reduce machine wear.
Before punching your document, try punching a test sheet to ensure that the
machine has been set appropriately.
To maintain your punch, spray a small amount of lubricant onto a sheet of paper
and punch through it. Follow by punching a clean sheet to remove any residue.
If punching cover stock or thick paper, you will need to reduce the number of
sheets per punch in order to avoid jamming the machine.
