Instructions and Installation

Room ventilation

The air for combustion is taken 

from the room air and the exhaust 

gases are emitted directly into  

the room.
Good room ventilation is essential 

for safe operation of your 

appliance. If there is no window 

or door available for room 

ventilation, an extra ventilation 

must be installed.
Do not install this appliance in  

a room below ground level unless 

it is open to ground level on at 

least one side.
Failure to install correctly is 

dangerous and could result  

in prosecution.

Alternative acceptable  

forms of opening include  

any adjustable grille or louvre, 

hinged panel or other means 

of ventilation that opens 

directly to the outside air.  

This is additional to the 

permanent vent requirement.
