If there is a fault, fi rst try and fi nd a solution to the problem yourself. If you cannot fi nd a solution to the
problem yourself, speak to your local depot.
If you operated the appliance incorrectly, or the installation was not carried out by a registered engineer,
the visit from the customer service technican or dealer may not take place free of charge, even during the
warranty period.

Control the fuse. If the fuse

Clean electrode using fi ne
sand paper or fi le.

Burner cap and crown are
placed uneven.
•
Make sure that the burner
cap and crown are in the
correct positions.
The fl ame is blown out
immediately after ignition

Thermocouple is not heated
suffi ciently.

After lighting the fl ame,
keep the knob pushed
in for approximately 5
seconds.
The gas ring burns unevenly
•
Burner crown is blocked
with food residues
•
Make sure that the injector
is not blocked and the
burner crown is clear od
food particles.
Product emits metal noises while
heating and cooling
•
When the metal parts are
heated, they may expand
and cause noise.
•
This is not a fault.
