50 ft. pounds of torque. Also check the rotational
resistance of the wheel. If more than one free
revolution of the wheel occurs upon firmly
spinning the tire, the axle bolt must be tightened.
BAGGAGE COMPARTMENT
The baggage compartment is located aft of the pressure bulkhead
behind the passenger seats. Access is through the baggage door on the
left side of the airplane; the release for the baggage door is in the lower
door sill of the cabin door. The contents of the baggage compartment
should never exceed 175 pounds. When loading the airplane, refer to
the Weight and Balance section to assure that the airplane loading
meets all requirements and restrictions.
All baggage carried should be secured for every flight. Even a flight in
smooth air could encounter unexpected clear air or wake turbulence or
require an evasive maneuver which could become a hazard to the flight
anywhere from a nuisance to being catastrophic.

NEGATIVE FLIGHT CONDITIONS FOR
EVERY FLIGHT!
SEATS, BELTS & SHOULDER HARNESS
Front pilot and passenger seats are bucket type with individually
adjustable backrests. The recliner control is located on the lower
inboard corner of each seat. To reposition the backrest, relieve pressure
on the back of the seat and rotate the control. In addition to the
adjustable backrests, the front seats are adjustable fore and aft. To
reposition the seats, lift the handle located in the forward inboard
position of each seat, slide the seat to the desired position, and release
the handle. When repositioning the seat always check to ensure the
locking mechanism has properly engaged.
The front seats include warmers which can be set to high, low, and off
positions. These warmers are powered by the main electrical system –
they will not function if the aircraft is operating from the AUX
electrical system.
The rear seats are not adjustable fore and aft, nor are the backrest
angles adjustable. Each rear seatback can be completely lowered by
releasing the latch behind the seatback; this increases the in-cabin cargo
space.
All seats have lap belts which incorporate quick release metal to metal
