If the mirrors make it dif-
ficult to get through nar-
row gaps and in automatic
car washes, fold them from posi-
tion 1 to position 2 (fig. 32).

The mirrors are automatically demi-
sted/ defrosted when the heated rear
window is operated.
IMPORTANT
The curve of the mir-
ror surface makes objects seem fur-
ther away than they actually are.
Storing rearview mirror
positions (where fitted)
The external rearview mirror posi-
tion is stored along with the driver’s
seat position in versions fitted with a
driver’s seat electrical adjustment and
storing feature.
The mirrors can be folded manually
or electrically (where fitted) to reduce
side clearance.
Turn switch
