Tine Assembly
Refer to Figure 1-6:
1. Attach cross tube (#2) to grapple arms (#1) with
5/8"-11 x 3 17/32" x 5" U-bolts (#3) and secure with
hex top locknuts (#4). Do not tighten locknuts at this
time.
2. Position ends of cross tube (#2) equal distances from
grapple arms (#1) and tighten hex top locknuts (#4)
to the correct torque.
Park Stand Assembly
Refer to Figure 1-7:
1. Align hole B1 in park stand (#1) with hole B2 in tine
assembly.
2. Insert 5/8" x 2" pin (#2) into hole B2 and secure with
hairpin cotter (#3).
3. Align hole C1 in park stand with hole C2 in tine
assembly.
4. Insert 5/8" x 2 pin (#4) into hole C2 and secure with
hairpin cotter (#4).
Bolt-on Cutting Edge (Optional)
Refer to Figure 1-8:
Increase bucket cutting edge life by adding the optional
bolt-on cutting edge (#3) to the bottom of the bucket. The
bolt-on cutting edge can be reversed to extend its life and
can be replaced once both of its edges are worn away.
1. Attach bolt-on cutting edge (#3) to the bucket cutting
edge as shown with 5/8"-11 x 1 3/4" GR5 plow bolts
(#1) and hex flange locknuts (#2).
2. Tighten hex flange locknuts (#2) to the correct torque.
