Getting Started
Make sure you have read and understand this owner’s manual. Now you are ready to begin.
Start by straddling the treadbelt with one foot on each traction strip. Once the treadbelt begins moving you can start walking
on the treadbelt.
Press the
button.
After three seconds the treadmill belt will start moving at 0.5 mph.
The treadmill will ask you to enter your weight by repeatedly pressing the display button. Holding the display button depressed
for longer than 2 seconds causes your displayed weight to increase at a faster rate.
Once you have entered your weight you can press the start button to get under way. If no buttons are pressed the time will
begin counting after five seconds.
You will now be in the Manual mode, where you control the speed and elevation.
