Using the Built-In Programs
The Pro Trainer Treadmill has 5 Built-in programs. The profiles of the Built-in programs are viewable on the left side of the
control panel. The green blocks represent elevation changes. During the Built-In program setup you will input your desired
workout max time, speed and incline. The software will automatically rescale the program profile to stay within your desired
parameters throughout the program.
SELECT PROGRAM
Press
PROGRAMS
to scroll through all the programs or press
P1 through P5
buttons on the left side of the control panel.
Once you’ve reached your desired program, press
ENTER
to select.
SELECT PROGRAM TIME
Using the arrow keys on either side of the enter button, toggle the program time from 5 - 99 minutes on the center display. If
you press and hold an arrow key the time scrolls faster. Once you get to the desired time press
ENTER.
SELECT MAXIMUM SPEED
Using the arrow keys, adjust the maximum SPEED of your workout. Once you get to the desired maximum speed press
ENTER
. The speed value entered will not be exceeded during the workout.
SELECT MAXIMUM INCLINE
Using the arrow keys, adjust the maximum INCLINE of your workout. Once you get to desired maximum incline press
ENTER
.
The incline value entered will not be exceeded during the workout.
PRESS START TO BEGIN
As soon as you press
START
, the center display will show the program number you have selected and begin a 3, 2, 1
countdown. For the duration of the program, the time will count down. For built-in programs, use the program pictures on
the left side of the panel as a reference. Each green block represents an incline change for each of the 20 segments. Three
seconds prior to a segment change the display will flash the current segment’s speed and/or incline. If you want to exit the
program at any time and return to manual mode, press
PROGRAMS
or
MANUAL MODE
