Low gas pressure
Clogged or dirty burner ports
Blocked orifice
Battery is expired
Faulty wiring or electrode
• Check all gas connections.
• Use soapy water solution
to determine where leak is
coming from.
• If leak cannot be found and
gas is still smelled, do not
try to light any appliance.
• Do not touch any electrical
switches.
• Do not use any phone.
• Immediately call your gas
supplier from a neighbors
phone.
• If you cannot reach your
gas supplier, call the fire
department.
• Check gas supply pressure
• Clean the burner ports
• Check orifice opening
• Replace the battery
• Check all wire connections,
when the control knob is
pressed a sparking action
can be heard in the burner
area.
• Check gas supply pressure
