remove the deposits and balance the water
The spa is not working
No power
Check the power source
The RCD has tripped
Reset the RCD. Call for service is required
The heater’s temperature limiter has tripped
Disconnect the power for at least 30 seconds to reset the heater’s temper-
ature limiter.
Check that the filters are fitted if it does not reset. If the problem persists,
call for service.
The spa is not heating up. The jets
and lights are working (the Ready
and Power indicators are flashing)
Built-in pressure guard open
Check the cassette filter. The built-in pressure switch is reset when the
water flow through the heater has been reset. Call for service if the switch
trips frequently.
The thermo switch on the circulation pump
has tripped
Check the cassette filter and pipe installation. Switch off the power to
the spa. Let the circulation pump cool down. The thermo switch on the
circulation pump is reset once the pump has cooled down and the power
has been switched on again. Call for service if the thermo switch on the
circulation pump trips frequently.
Weak or uneven jets
