•
Check that the quick connectors of the cultivator hydraulic hoses match the
sockets in the tractor. If they do not fit, put them properly,
•
Lubricate the cultivator in accordance with the instructions provided in point
5.6.
The suspended cultivator is adapted to cooperate with the tractor using the three-
point suspension system. The tractor should have two external hydraulic outputs.
In the case of using the machine in semi-mounted version, i.e. with a trolley and
drawbar, the unit is suspended on a two-point suspension of the tractor. It is lifted by
lifting the tractor arms and lifting the truck using a hydraulic cylinder. In this case, the
tractor should have at least four external hydraulic outputs.
5.2
ATTACHING CULTIVATOR TO TRACTOR
To properly and safely attach the cultivator to the tractor, place it on a hard and
even ground.
When attaching the cultivator to the tractor, do the following steps:
•
Switch the tractor hydraulic system to positional adjustment;
•
Drive the tractor carefully towards the machine to attach it to the cultivator (so
that the beam axle can be attached to the cultivator holder and the upper joiner
axle to the upper cultivator holder);
•
Check cultivator lifting and lowering;
•
Check tightness of the cultivator hydraulic system. Hydraulic hoses must not be
bent or damaged.
5.3
