Adjusting Grill Calibration – Weekly
1. Remove all items (press, covers, etc.) from the grill and DO NOT cook on the
grill for 5 minutes.
2. Enter the manual scan mode by pressing SEL 3 times then the UP ARROW.
3. Change all temperatures to 325 F.
4. Enter Calibration mode by pressing PROG and UP ARROW at the same time,
the press SEL unitl Calibration mode displays, and then press ENT.
5. Press SEL, “SET ZONE #1 (XXX) F” displays.
6. Scrape the grill in front of that probe marker and take the temperature halfway
between the back and front of the grill in line with the probe marker.
7. Change the reading on the controller to match thermometer reading (press the
UP or DOWN ARROW). The temperature will change in 1-degree
increments.
8. Press ENT and move to the next lane.
9. Repeat step 7-8 until all lanes are set.
