Make a 90 degree bend in the wire at the
location you marked.

Cut the wire off leaving 3/8”.

Insert the rod into the servo arm and retain
using the nylon swing in keeper.
Repeat for the other aileron.
1.
Locate the two wooden dowels, two
pieces of 2-56 wire 4” long, two 12” long 2-
56 pushrods, two metal clevis, two sili-
cone keepers, and 4 pieces of shrink tub-
ing.
2.
Make a 90 degree bend 1/4” long in the
end of both 4” pieces of wire.
Fit them into the hole in one end of the
wooden dowel and into the groove cut in
the dowel.
3.
Put some glue on the wire in the slot,
either CA or epoxy.
Slide the shrink tubing over the wire flush
with the end of the dowel and shrink in
place using a heat gun.
You can use a match if you don’t have a heat
gun.
