When the wait indicator goes off and the ready and the set original indica-
tor go on, the copier enters the ready condition.

Even if you select the media type correctly, creasing might occur depend-
ing on the temperature or humidity. If this happens, adjust the fusing tem-
perature manually. See the next page.
Adjusting the Fusing Temperature Manually

key to turn on the Translucent or Film indicator that
you want.

Hold down the

key for 3 seconds until beep. The indicator
show the current fusing temperature. The unlit indicator shows the current
temperature settings.

increase the temperature. The number of temperature levels (7 levels) avail-
able depends on the paper type:
• Plain paper : 1234567
