1. GUARANTEE
The warranty period for all products lasts 24 (twenty
four) months, starting on the date resulting from the
proof of purchase, for tax purposes (invoice, receipt ...).
NOTES FOR GUARANTEE:
1. Installation: All devices should be connected by authorized
installers and in accordance with regional and national standards, as
well as the instructions provided in the instruction booklet.
Please also note that according to safety standards of the appliances
the buyer and the operator are obliged to get informed about the
correct operation according to the instructions for use
2. In any case the producer is not responsible for installation, nor for
any damage to the product or to the property related to it.
The producer does not grant any compensation for direct or indirect
damages caused or dependent by the stove
Within the law applicable, the producer's liability will be limited to the
purchase value of the asset
3. The ceramic glass and any damage that may occur during
transport, storage, installation of chimneys are not covered by
warranty.
4. The warranty does not go to offset periods of time when the
machine is idle. The guarantee does not give any right to
compensation for the not possibility of use of the product.
5. The replacement of parts does not extend the total period of the
whole machine warranty.
6. In the event of a service outside the warranty period, all parts, labor
and travel costs are borne by the customer.
7. The warranty only covers product defects that determine a
malfunction. The product will not be covered under warranty in case
the SERIAL NUMBER proves abraded, altered, removed or
unreadable.
Warranty means exclusively repair and replacing free of charge of the
components recognized suffering from design flaws, manufacturing
and construction.
Defective product or other components can be returned for inspection
or service only if previously agreed and will be accepted only if
bearing the purchase date proof. The warranty does not cover the
cost of installation and uninstallation.
Before installing the stove in public places, inquire about the different
type of regulation that will be submitted.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
1. Wear parts (door gaskets, glass seals, refractory, vermiculite, joints
…..) which must be periodically replaced in case of normal operating
conditions. Not being covered by the guarantee please remember to
carefully check upon delivery that fireplaces floors in refractory and
vermiculite are in perfect condition. Also remember that being natural
materials are sensitive to moisture: cracks and defects do not affect
the functionality of the fireplace.
2. Ceramic glass: the glass of the appliance is not covered under
warranty as it can break just because of mechanical impacts.
3. Damage and malfunction to the product caused by:
- Installation not in accordance with installation instructions and
national / regional regulations
- Improper use, not comply with the instructions for use
- Lack of maintenance
- External causes such as natural disasters (earthquakes, floods,
floods, etc ..), power surges, shock, lightning, fire
- Local conditions, such as projects of problems or problems related to
a defective chimney
- Overheating
- Use of inadequate fuels
4. Interventions for adjusting and/or regulating the product for the type
of fuel or other reasons are excluded by the guarantee.
The assistance is to be provided by authorized personnel.
For assistance on this unit PLS contact the dealer where the
appliance was purchased.
For any controversy, the competent court is in Brescia (Italy)
