 During working of the device, as in all processes of 

combustion, they are deposited on glass the residues of 
ash  and  soot.  Our  products  are  designed  to  keep  the 
glass  as  clean  as  possible,  but  much  depends  on  the 
type  of  pellet  used,  the  type  of  chimney  and  from  the 
vents. SO ANY STAINS, SHADOWS OR OBSCURATION 
OF  THE  GLASS  DURING  WORKING,  ARE  EVENTS 
QUITE NORMAL AND ARE NOT CONSIDERED DEFECT. 

  WARNING:  The  cleaning of  the  glass  should  only 

be carried out on a cold appliance to avoid explosion.

 WARNING: the annual cleaning is obligatory for the 

maintenance  and  for  correct  working  of  device    and 
must  be  effected  by  an  expert  maintenance  and 
authorized  by  the  company.  It  must  be  cleaned  laps 
fumes  and  smoke  extractor  area  as  well  as  examined 
the status of all mechanical and electronic components. 
Our  partners  throughout  Europe  will  provide  you  with 
an optimal maintenance service. 

Chimney cleaning:



it  is  compulsory    a  professional  chimney  sweeper  brushing  the 

smokestack once a year, or at least every 1000 kg of pellet but not 
later than 2 years. 



A  cleaning  &  inspection  certificate  has  to  be  issued  and  it  will  be 
valid  for  stove  maintenance  service  as  well  as  for  your  home 

assurance. 



Always check the stove being perfectly working and all gaskets not 

being worn. All smokestack connections must tight and the  whole 
mechanic not being damaged 

Seals: 

The seals guarantee the hermetically tightness of the stove and  the 
consequent  smooth  operation  of  the  stove.  Checks  should  be 

periodically  checked:  if  it  is  worn  or  damaged,  it  is  mandatory  to 
replace them. These operations must be performed by an authorized 

technician. Seals are considered wear elements and are not covered 
by the warranty. 

  WARNING:  Verify  every  2  years  if  the  electronic 

card buffer battery has to be replaced.
