TROUBLE SHOOTING / Q & A

My iPod/iPhone is docked but is not

playing any music and it is not charging

Ensure your iPhone case has been removed

I have connected my iPhone/iPod and it is

not charging.

Check the dock connection pins for

obstructions; your power supply is plugged

in, and that other devices can work when

plugged into the same power socket.

I get a warning message that my iPhone is

not supported

Please ensure your unit has been docked

securely

When my iPhone/iPod is docked, the

volume buttons on the iPhone/iPod don’t

work

Volume can only be controlled using the

volume buttons on the dock

I have the latest generation iPhone (5 and
beyond) and I get an error message or the

music will not play

As Apple release new generation devices we

endeavour to keep the firmware of our

products updated. Please check our web site

and FAQ lists for further information.

My alarm didn’t sound when my

iPod/iPhone was connected

Please check that your music playback has

been paused and is not playing

Does this dock compatible with my

specific model apple device?

Please check our web site for further

information.
