Usages
The PICO-K9-SPOT was especially developed for use in the ope
-
ration and training of detection, hunting, rescue, protection and
assistance dogs.
Objects and positions can be marked with the laser. It provides
the dog with a visual incentive to be precisely guided over long
distances.
The laser has four different operating modes. The weaker laser
setting is suitable for use at close range and at night; the stron
-
ger setting is designed for further distances and for use in bright
daylight.
The functionality of the laser is supplemented by two additional
operating modes. In these settings, the laser flashes at 8 Hz, which
increases the visual stimulus and the perception of the point by
the dog, but also by the operator of the laser and corresponds to
the optimal perception frequency of dogs.
