Operating steps:
1)
Place the rim on the sliding clamp, hold and clamp to fix it (the same way as splitting).
2)
Coat effective lubricants on tire and rim, such as concentrated soapy water, etc.
3)
Place the tire on the rim tilted, left part on top, draw back the swing arm to the working position, tighten the demounting
head.
4)
Place bead on the tail-board of demounting head (as shown in figure 2-11), and place tire at the bottom of hook.

Lubricate the wheel edge with soapy water, rotate the turntable clockwise to allow bead drop into the rim slots. If there
is inner tube, put it onto the rim.
6)
While mounting another side of the tire, place bead on the tail-board of demounting head, and place tire at the bottom
of hook, meanwhile, press tire body on another side with assisting arm, as shown in figure 2-12

7)
Rotate the turntable clockwise, remove the assisting arm when about 3/4 of the bead goes into the rim slots, then
continue to rotate the turntable clockwise till all the bead goes into the rim slots.
Note: Bead cannot be damaged during mounting to avoid poor gas tightness and burst accidents.
