The following terms and conditions of the LAURENT FERRIER International Guarantee apply to watches sold

or presented for repair under guarantee in any country, with the exception of the United States of America and

Canada. For these two countries, please refer to the Limited Guarantee.

Effective from the date of purchase, LAURENT FERRIER SA grants you a guarantee, the duration of which is

specified on your certificate, under the terms and conditions stipulated in this document. Any part recognised

as faulty due to a manufacturing defect, which existed at the time at which the purchased LAURENT FERRIER

watch was delivered and which was duly noted by our technical department, will, at the discretion of LAURENT

FERRIER SA, be repaired or replaced free of charge.

The International Guarantee will only come into force if the Certificate of Authenticity and Guarantee is duly

completed, dated, correctly stamped and signed by the official LAURENT FERRIER retailer who sold you your

watch. Any modification, transformation or alteration to the Certificate after it has been completed will render it

null and void.

If we are unable to repair and restore your LAURENT FERRIER watch to its normal running order, LAURENT

FERRIER SA will replace it with either an identical LAURENT FERRIER watch or one with similar characteristics.

This guarantee does not cover:

•

Normal wear and tear, ageing, inappropriate use of the watch, falls, impacts

or extreme conditions, (e.g. scratches on the crystal, changes in bracelet colour);

•  Leather straps;

•  Damage to any part of the watch caused by inappropriate use or misuse, lack of due care, negligence, accidents

(impacts, dents, crushing, broken crystal, excessive temperatures, powerful magnetic fields, etc.), incorrect use

of the watch or failure to observe the user guide provided by LAURENT FERRIER SA, by the buyer or any other

person;

• Theft, loss or force majeure;

•  Any damage resulting from negligence or inappropriate treatment of the watch (e.g. violent impacts, excessive

temperatures, powerful magnetic fields), or damage resulting from accidents or natural disasters;

•  The loss of water-resistance more than two years after the date of purchase;

•  If a non-authorised person handles the watch (e.g. for servicing or repairs) or if the original condition of the

watch has been altered outside the control of LAURENT FERRIER SA – operations must only be carried out at

the LAURENT FERRIER Workshop;

•  Consequential or indirect damages resulting from the aforementioned circumstances;

• Indirect damages due to product flaws.

Any other claims demanded of LAURENT FERRIER SA are expressly excluded, with the exception of statutory

rights that the purchaser may exercise against the manufacturer.

This manufacturer’s guarantee:

•  Is independent of any other guarantee that may be supplied by the retailer and for which it is solely liable;

•  In no way impacts the rights of the buyer in relation to the seller or any other statutory rights that the former may

have in respect to the latter.

The LAURENT FERRIER after-sales service team is responsible for ensuring your watch is correctly maintained. If

your watch requires attention, send it to the LAURENT FERRIER Workshop along with its Certificate of Authenticity

and Guarantee.
