Completely lower the mixer placing it in the cup/
glass.

Push the chocolate flavoured drink button. The
combined steam and mixer action begins and the
chosen button flashes.

When the key pressed stops blinking, the drink will
be ready. Raise the mixer completely and remove
the cup/glass.
Danger of scalding!
Small sprays of milk/steam may escape whilst
using the mixer to prepare hot beverages. To
move the mixer always use the handle on the
drive unit of the “cappuccinatore” milk frother.
Always check there is sufficient water in the res-
ervoir.
Be extremely careful to turn the mixer on to pre-
pare hot beverages
only when it is low-
ered and placed in a glass.
Only clean and sanitise with the mixer inside the
special mixer sanitisation beaker.

tion support back into the machine and position the
cup/glass on the grid.

Ensure the cup/glass is under the side dispensing
nozzle so that when the espresso is dispensed it
will not spill out of the glass.
